I got back to the gym tonight & I feel AMAZING! I did 30 minutes on the elliptical & it wore me OUT. We are going again tomorrow & I am way excited. The point of this blog though is to get the support of my friends & family in my fitness goals. I will be posting regular updates about my progress & any bumps or breakthroughs I have along the way. I weighed myself today & I am down to 223 lbs. My goal for June is to be down to 210 lbs by the end of the month. I'll post an update next Monday with my workout results & my "new" weight.
