I looked around for a fitness blog to follow when I first started working out (not hard or extensively but I did look!) and didn't find one that struck my fancy. To that end I decided to start my own. I won't be dispensing advice or breaking new ground. I will be keeping a journal of my progress, posting articles I find of use & anything else fitness related that I feel like posting. I will probably post 3-4 times a week. Spread the word to anyone who you think might be interested in following me or my progress. Thanks!
